How It Works

You can request deletion of your account by filling out the form below or by emailing info@cressivo.com. This will permanently delete your account, profile, and all associated data including historical financial data. This action cannot be undone.

Important Information

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You must manage and cancel subscriptions directly in your device settings before requesting account deletion.

Processing Timeline

  • 1.Submit your request via the form above or email.
  • 2.We verify your identity and begin processing within 1–2 business days.
  • 3.All account data is permanently deleted within 7 days.
  • 4.A confirmation email is sent once your data has been wiped.
